You can learn alot here, so keep asking
Things can be quite repetitive sometimes
1) Opportunities for hands-on learning – Exposure to real-world projects that allow you to quickly pick up new technical and problem-solving skills. 2) Autonomy in work – Freedom to manage your own tasks and approach, with relatively low micromanagement. 3) Close-knit team environment – Smaller team structure fosters collaboration and direct communication with colleagues. 4) Fast-paced exposure – Chance to work in a dynamic environment where decisions and implementations happen quickly.
1) Issues with statutory staff payments – Management has faced ongoing problems in ensuring timely and compliant statutory contributions since 2022. Deductions are made from staff salaries, but payments are usually not made as required. Concerns raised by employees on this matter are often ignored or brushed off. 2) Lack of structured management approach – Decisions and expectations are often communicated to appease staff concerns, but little to no follow-through action is taken. 3) Limited career growth roadmap – Lack of structured training or clear advancement pathways may hinder long-term career progression. 4) Uneven workload distribution – Tasks and responsibilities are often pushed onto capable staff, resulting in an imbalance in workload. 5) Management’s limited product knowledge – Leadership is sometimes unfamiliar with the full capabilities of their own product, often committing to clients on features that do not exist and failing to communicate these promises downstream to the team. 6) Resource constraints – Smaller-scale operations mean you may need to juggle multiple roles or responsibilities outside your primary scope.
