There's no OT pay. You can only convert the hours to time off. No work life balance, people are messaging you 24/7 and they expect you to respond.

But, if you're looking for stability or a more settle company, Hepmil might not be the best fit for you. Benefits in Indonesia also not the best there is, can only afford basic insurance, no dental, no glasses, no MCU (because the team in ID is small)

Heavy workload and need proper delegation for subordinates

Company pretends to value creativity, but actually rewards copying trends, saying yes to clients no matter what, and playing it safe. Feels like a content sweatshop with a “creative” label slapped on. If you’re hoping to grow as a creative, develop original thinking, and build work you’re proud of, this is not a place I would recommend.

Want to maximise your output aka milk you as much as possible. amount of work to do is way more than pay is worth.

Bad for you if you are not high energy, Gen-Z, up to date with the latest Tiktok dance and Trends, and Fan Girl/boy over Celebs/Influencers/etc. Lots of spotlight to be shine onto you when you are new. Like will ask things wanting to find out more out your life, who you dating, who you dated, what's your type, what your partner does, what you do during your free time, fun facts about yourself, etc etc etc...

Due to the fact that it’s a growing company, a lot of restructuring is happening and this can really disrupt your workflow
