But, if you're looking for stability or a more settle company, Hepmil might not be the best fit for you. Benefits in Indonesia also not the best there is, can only afford basic insurance, no dental, no glasses, no MCU (because the team in ID is small)

Company pretends to value creativity, but actually rewards copying trends, saying yes to clients no matter what, and playing it safe. Feels like a content sweatshop with a “creative” label slapped on. If you’re hoping to grow as a creative, develop original thinking, and build work you’re proud of, this is not a place I would recommend.
