You could basically eat all you want off the menu while working there. Supervisors sometimes cooked for us too. Supervisors were friendly and properly trained to look over the crew. Customers there were friendly and civilized. Coworkers were for the most part friendly too and looked after each other.
Cons
There aren't much structure in the training provided. You are at times expected to be able to do something and you may disappoint coworkers if you actually cannot.
