Barely any increment and no bonus despite employees working tirelessly. Management tries to micromanage but backfires as certain unethical employees managed to do things behind their back. A lot of promises given when they want you to come on board. You only will realise that there is nothing for you when you see it for yourself. Everyone is overworking due to bad management. Culture is very bad there as everyone is demotivated.

Not a good place to make a long term career

My previous team were super cliquey and was borderline bullied. Made it really hard to stay there when I was being left out and insulted. If not for that particular team, I would have probably stayed on.

It can be overwhelming but all good

Salary is just basic especially for entry level

All good, good, good and good!

Salary not competetive, no work from home hybrid or whatsoever.

CONS: parking fee is high which is unfriendly for lower pay employees

- overworked - high expectations from superiors - no room for growth
