Influencer marketing coordinator
- Networking: you get to build connections with influencers, agencies, and other industry professionals. - Fast-Paced Learning: great environment for those who enjoy a dynamic and ever-changing industry.
- Client Expectations: balancing influencer and brand demands can be challenging. - Limited Resources: as with every other agency, smaller budgets may restrict campaign creativity
Video team
Advertises themselves quite well, with bosses getting Forbes awards etc. Office in a nice location Diverse hiring, maybe due to good HR people. The head of HR is a great person. The big boss is a cool guy but he rarely interferes with the operations side. Operations side is lead by his partner, the other cofounder.
Barely any increment and no bonus despite employees working tirelessly. Management tries to micromanage but backfires as certain unethical employees managed to do things behind their back. A lot of promises given when they want you to come on board. You only will realise that there is nothing for you when you see it for yourself. Everyone is overworking due to bad management. Culture is very bad there as everyone is demotivated.

My previous team were super cliquey and was borderline bullied. Made it really hard to stay there when I was being left out and insulted. If not for that particular team, I would have probably stayed on.

CONS: parking fee is high which is unfriendly for lower pay employees
- a good place to start as a fresh grad - everyone is 'one big family'
- overworked - high expectations from superiors - no room for growth
