flexible working environment and easy to apply leaves
some facilities are not up to date
The people here are amazingly friendly and helpful. You might find yourself hangout often with the people after work. They have an open-space (not hot desk) concept, so you can see almost everyone from your desk. You would sometimes get free tixs/passes to concerts, gigs, movies, events, media press etc.
Some dept have less work-life balance, need to really know how to manage your time. Benefits are so-so, company trips might be rare. Parking is expensive. Fast pace, if you can handle it.

The environment is great for the most part. Friendships are easy to make and the people are very easygoing. As a fresh graduate or intern, you have lots of room to learn and grow, many opportunities to experience new things and also make mistakes. It is very forgiving.
Do not expect great compensation for anyone above entry-level. Your hard work will not be rewarded even if expectations are met, and instead the goalposts will shift continuously until you are unable to meet them, then you'll be punished for it. Resources are scarce, claims and entitlements are being cut down by the quarter, but expectations and goals keep getting bigger. The lack of bonuses and increments cause inter-departmental rifts and jealousy, often causing issues between executing team and sales. Lack of autonomy over making decisions for resource management means lower quality work as the management insists on working on proposals that the company simply cannot deliver on, causing us to miss out on better suited projects due to lack of time and manpower to work on the right things.
