Presales engineer
Awesome product and work environment
India region experience a lot of politics Leaders are egoistic
Product marketing manager
There is a lot of work, but hours are more or less in boundaries of "normal". Stress exists, but it is different than in other companies I worked in - it doesn't stress you that much. You are aware if you give your best, you will do what you can, and other stuff will be taken care of when resources allow it.
A lot of projects so sometimes you can't give 100% for each of them, and you compromise between speed and quality. But it's like that in most of the companies. Considering outputs we do, salaries could be a bit bigger.
Product manager
Good people to work with.
Too much stress, lack of experienced management.
Commercial team role
The products are world class which hardly have any teething issues. Its a Global brand.
Globally, the entire focus is on US & LATAM market with no focus on other regions including India. The bigger challenge is of promoting very average Croatian members because they are just CROATS. You will see a finance person becoming a CPaaS product manager and very young talent being promoted as Directors with no relevant experience. A blunder in US acquisitions have led to downsizing globally. India is even a bigger mess with their MDs political ambitions at the cost of the company. The MD is openly doing favouritism for her closed group in terms of appraisals and esp. Quarterly awards. The most crippled function is HR which has no sanctity left and is a mere puppet in MDs hands. In the name of culture, many good people have been targeted and have left the company. The situation is so bad that the incentives for certain employees were reduced even after the quarter was finished for those who are not in MDs inner circle. have heard that many people have left India operations recently because of MDs favouritism.
Engineering manager
A lot of very knowledgeable people to learn from. Top projects with top companies but depending on where in the company you land.
Switching between startup and corporation. In one moment slow and bureaucratic in the other fast and hectic.
Sales executive
An excellent global team and lots of training
Australia is a competitive market with established dominant player to compete with
Enabling function
- good & positive culture - right place to learn, develop and grow - great people with diverse cultures and backgrounds - bright industry which still has long future - global exposure with international atmosphere
- sometimes jobs quite pressuring and limiting work-life balance - some process/procedure are pretty much still manual and quite long - some departments still not get proper empowerment, too centralized
Global character, dynamic & exciting challenges, great place to learn how tech giants operate (through Infobip's operations but also those of its global customers), by far the most serious tech employer in SEE
Grew too fast so there are still lots of loose ends
Sales manager
salary, bonus, office environment, career plan
lack of integration with online payments
Financial analyst
The company is growing Workload not too high
Terribly mannered team leaders with poor management skills and knowledge. The company itself does not know how to make decisions to gain valuable opportunities. Fake friendly environment where people always try to talk nice to manager to get promoted. Promotion does not based on real performance. Importantly, Some middle managers are very disrespectful to their inferiors which was quite shock.I have never seen such a terrible company culture like this before. Employees do not have a clear career pathway, there are some jobs which will remain the same over years and years. HR does not help you with career advice. It is not a good company for talented graduates, wherein they cannot learn from both technical and cultural perspectives.
