The salary was better than average salaries for the same job in the country. The working environment is nice. There is a free coffee vending machine and a free food vending machine in the office, the working hours are standard, but you're allowed to take as many breaks as you need.
The worst part of working there were people in some departments. The company culture is in general absolutely horrible. Also, you're expected to work off-hours (which are sometimes paid sometimes not). There is an abundant amount of work and not nearly enough people to cover it all.

Work policy are changing too many times
As the title says - employees are the biggest value of this company. Young, passionate, driven intellectuals from across the globe. Team spirit is powerful on all non-managerial levels.
People who are leading the company, - founders and their buddies form top management. No need for qualifications, you just need to be from the family or friend-of-a-friend to get to the top. And a guy, no women allowed on highest managerial roles. Very immature attitude towards business, no decision making process, no budgeting or proper salary distribution. They are paying loyal employees the lowest they can get by with, with no bonus structure or proper awarding/recognition system. Micromanagement is a severe issue, as owners tend to meddle in time attendance of the employees, require from you openly to work overtime (without paying extra hours), counting every cup of tea/coffe you drink ''on company cost''. And the fact that founder's father is constantly walking around HQ, badgering employees on how to do their job, and how to save a little more money on the heating/cooling is just not acceptable. All in all, current climate in the company is worst I've seen so far and lot of seniors are leaving the company. Things got a lot worse during years and from what it looks like, they are not turning for the better.
Great people across lower levels of the organisation. Ok products (at least on the cpaas side).
If you are not one of the chosen (typically Croatian and typically male) then your options are very limited here. They talk about a family culture but it’s not true (unless you are one of the above). They pretend engagement matters but it really doesn’t and as for loyalty - forget it. Warning for potential uk joiners - you are at risk as you are seen as high cost.

Many open minded senior developers willing to share their knowledge, good salaries depending on your level of knowledge and investment. Really nice people in general and relaxed atmosphere. Cool new technologies, education budget and job fitted to you as much as possible.

Very respectful culture that values individuality and family. Empathetic leaders, highly professional colleagues, and an open-door environment that makes it a great place to work.
So far, I honestly haven’t experienced any major downsides. Like any workplace there can be challenges, but overall, the experience has been very positive.
Its a modern company, that have manage to keep the startup atmosphere still after 10 years and offices worldwide. Great colleagues, good salary, great working hours. Also very good on following trends and adjust after them, a flexibel company!

Result orientated company ideal for single people without family. Opportunity to travel worldwide and gathering work experience.
Low salaries, undefined bonus package, often work after working hours without proper compensation. Lack of information from middle management. Important to know right people, often your direct superior is there just because of their good friendship with owners and not because of their competence.To be promoted and get higher salary is hard mission to accomplish, since talking nice to superior and knowing right people regardless of accomplishment of yours is much better way.
