Compensation and performance review is not up to date

Not much scope of work in design field

Unpaid internship, limited guidance at start, workload sometimes high, documentation could be better.

They dont have any protects most of the time you will be on bench only

Salary is not upto expectation. It is hard to get the yearly salary hike

Micromanagment is bad. Lots of people harping on productivity, but no idea what all of those people actually do or provide. HR will absolutely lowball offer and not negotiate. They take no time to really understand who you are or what you do or the challenges you face, all about the numbers.

Pay could be more competitive

Moderate pay encourages skill focus.

More work load for my salary it is very bad even i work in night sunday ,lot of pressure i am getting

Salary is very low, Promotions are slow, variable is almost zero.
