No annual salary increments and bonuses.

can't really think of. work life balance is the only pro, but sometimes still need occasional overtime

Provided freedom to do and experiment stuff. A very good place for new fresh grads or people who come in for a career change to learn new things!
As for to date, I heard there has been a restructuring, also there is no more free lunch in the pantry as they usually provide last time.
No late hours, no work in weekends, free lunch and free sports activities.
There is always restructuring in management.
