Lower pay, scarce promotions. Heavy workload

Salaries are average and increments are % of your initial salary, like in most companies - thus, if you agreed initially to a low salary, there is really to way to increase it to a normal value. IQVIA provides so limited benefits and bonuses that basically we can say that there are no benefits and bonuses at all. No rules for promotion - someone is promoted in 2 years, while the other person with similar performance - in 4-5 years. Merits (annual salary increases) are way lower than inflation.
