Too many employees and competing business units

I do not see any.

Stress, do not pay for the work done

Increment month is July. Sometime if there is change in higher management it will extend according to management decision If you are in sunset product then probability of firing you is high.

Needs improvement in upper management with several layoffs

Hectic... No work life balance, 24/5 should be infront of the laptop (the higher authority will not force you to sit that long but your workload will definitely force you to sit infront of the computer. No team work Senior colleagues were just torturing the juniors in case of any mistake in the work...

Lay off is happening now at managerial level. Leadership & Hierarchical level changes will happen frequently. Appriasal was not received as promised earlier and delayed this year by justifying macro economic condition.

A lot of processes to follow, change is the norm due to ongoing co. acquisitions, great for the novelty-seekers, but tough to establish continuity internally and w/ customers
