I think German is important to get a job in IQVIA

Not much room for growth

Work life balance not good

Pay is terrible and don't expect pay rises. So get your 2-3 experience and get out. Select employees with opportunities moving around like musical chairs (same people get moved) rest, NOTHING. You are just a number, Spent my entire career and left like a stranger who worked there for a week.

Frequent management changes and reorganizations, not the best in-office environment unless you know a ton of people there

Cons: Low hikes, pay scale

Slightly lower than other consulting firms in paying

Huge company- might not get big hikes
