Management is unable to handle pressure

Although I achieved incredible goal at my first year, increasing salary was only 1.34%. I was disappointed.

Very disorganized, direct manager was abrasive and contentious, which lead to a more snarky work environment. Told me what I wanted to hear on the video interview which did not reflect reality. Workload was not what I was told, incredibly unreasonable. Coworker talked too loud about me behind my back, implied I was stupid.
