We can work from home almost days. I go to the office a few times in a month. Working time is full-flexible, 7.5 hours in a day.

Hourly, opportunity for overtime pay. Health benefits.
Very disorganized, direct manager was abrasive and contentious, which lead to a more snarky work environment. Told me what I wanted to hear on the video interview which did not reflect reality. Workload was not what I was told, incredibly unreasonable. Coworker talked too loud about me behind my back, implied I was stupid.
