1. Working remote for a long-time can be depressing 2. Not enough fun events 3. Sometimes work pressure can feel a bit overwhelming 4. Slow rate of increment and promotion. Great salary for the first year, but going forward the salary feels a bit low compared to other companies after a year or two.
