Extremely long hours. Dishonest recruiting practices. Expected to work 24/7/365. Abuse, harassment, sexism, racism. Favoritism, cronyism. Heavy bias against US employees. Improper denial of promotions, transfers, employee benefits. Retaliation if you report sexual harassment/other forms of harassment. Outdated systems, low-quality deliverables due to offshoring. Career damage due to poor company reputation in the industry.

Tough and demanding job and interview is very competitive

Toxic work environment, a lot micromanaging and these always some new bs process to do things RUN

Workload is high. Srs role has no leaves except weekends. Public holidays also need you to login.

Workload balance required improvement with standard working time

They stopped promotions 2 years ago and justified it with unrealistic performance expectations.
