No stock options. Merit increases have been pitiful for a good many years. Very slow to promote and appreciate their good staff who stay. They would lose people than value them as they deserve while they're there.

Salary increment is very less

Poor compensation at all levels. New starter salaries often exceed salaries of existing staff. Management don't want you to know what salary ranges are accessible at higher levels. Performance based pay rises not received until 12 months later! They also don't like to talk about staff who are leaving

HR process is very slow.

Not really good pay. Overloading to everyone.
