Friendly and supportive colleagues, nice office
the workload is heavy while the salary is low. The team lead lacks expertise, and the team mainly consists of newcomers who frequently resign. There are no experienced staff members to learn from. Leadership does not respect employees' opinions and treats them like robots. They constantly gaslight employees, enforce unreasonable work policies without clear explanations, make promises about benefits that are never delivered, bully staff, and find ways to pressure employees into quitting without compensation. The HR staff are unaware of labor laws and merely act as puppets for the leadership. The team lead is also a puppet with no real authority and does not protect the team.

This is an excellent company that values its employees, promotes work-life balance, and provides opportunities for career growth. The company culture is inclusive and supportive, and management is transparent and approachable. Overall, a great place to work.
The badside working with company is that you will become too attach with company because of the people and the culture there
Project manager
- Collaborative and supportive work environment. - Diverse projects with ample learning opportunities. - Strong focus on content strategy and project management. - Flexible work culture and good work-life balance.
- Room for improvement in communication across teams. - Some processes can be streamlined for better efficiency.
Insights analyst
- young team - good culture - room for learning - beside LRT
- nothing on the cons side

Colleagues are supportive and open to helping you out regardless of your field and department Supervisors and superiors are often very constructive with feedback, mentor - mentee oriented which enables a steady and clear learning progression Not so corporate work environment (i.e. relaxed dress code, open concept seating arrangements) which makes working onsite very enjoyable Partnered with notable names in the industry in and outside of the country (within ASEAN) allowing for international networking opportunities
Employees are often expected to wear many hats and do more than the job scope in which they applied for, Work hours are rather longer than most other companies (though there are flexible options in which we are able to choose which timing to choose to clock in) More interns than there are full timers meaning the majority of grunt work is taken care of by interns and the company depends on them for menial tasks but sometimes gives them more work depending on the individual's capacity and skill level Interns do not get too many benefits (very limited day offs, no WFH setting unless given by HR for a special occasion, lower than market rate allowance regardless of the dept) as opposed to the full-timers which some may feel is disproportionate to their workload.

best view from office. good coworkers
* no work laptops * very very low salary, underpaying (<2K for intern, 3K+ for senior) * work hours are intense with no extra benefits/allowance * no hybrid working * Very small organization, no professional growth (stuck doing the same thing), no training provided, on-the-job learning * social listening agency but use very low tech. excel and ppt only. too much manual work * excessive work drama and politics * Management only want employees to follow orders like a robot; don't value employees' opinion. Employees are accused of being argumentative if they voice their differing viewpoints. * All seniors have left, leaving only interns and employees with < 02 years of exp. * Had to promote the most senior present employee to be manager cuz they couldn't recruit new management, but he wasn't senior enough. * All five star reviews from HR
Manager
Really nothing much to highlight
- Extremely low pay, was paid less than half of market rate - No career progression, promotions given based on personal relationship with the boss - Discriminating and manipulative boss, always gaslighting others and blame employees - boss only listens to ONE person in the company, who is extremely incapable - Not suitable to work here if you have family to take care of, expects you to contribute your whole soul to the company - management can't take suggestions and feedback professionally

As a recent graduate, I was pleasantly surprised by the starting salary. It’s definitely above average for entry-level positions in the industry, which helps alleviate the financial pressure many new grads face. The pay reflects the company’s commitment to attracting top talent, even at the entry level
As a fresh grad, there’s definitely a steep learning curve. While the training is solid, the work itself can be challenging, and sometimes it feels like you're expected to hit the ground running without enough real-world experience. You might find yourself overwhelmed in the beginning

The company culture is very professional and the working environment is very positive and vibrant. Colleagues are friendly and eager to help each other. All Mentors and Managers are always ready to guide and commit to support newbies for improvement.
Traffic jams after working hours because the office location is close to the center area, so there is a lot of traffic. There will be pressure when working with deadlines. Urgent projects and fastidious clients will be a challenge, but this is also an opportunity to conquer yourself.
