You get to work on meaningful projects where your analysis directly influences client decisions. It is rewarding to see the real-world impact of your contributions.

Cons

Due to project demands, there are periods where long hours are necessary to meet deadlines, which can sometimes impact work-life balance.

Pros

- Located at the heart of PJ which is accessible via Federal and NKVE highway. On top of that, there is a LRT station nearby with plenty of parking spaces. - Good view where you can see the whole of PJ and Subang Jaya - Very modern and vibrant office deco with graffiti, and doesn't feel too congested - Friendly executives and interns where they will invite you to lunch together - They will provide you laptop and mouse upon request. - Sometimes they will organize after-work activities which is fun and a way to interact other execs if you're new.

Cons

- No clear HR direction and policies. And if you ask anything related to HR/employee issue, they wont give you a clear answer. - Sometimes they will ask you to stay-back after hours to finish up certain tasks. Despite that, no Overtime payment is provided. And even if they did, it is not clearly stated. - Even if you're on MC or Annual leave due to personal/family reasons, they will still ask you to work. - Sometimes they will give extra tasks with unrealistic description and deadline - While it operates under a "flat organizational structure," there is a lack of an effective management system among managers, particularly when assigning tasks. This, in turn, leads to confusion among executives and interns. - Interns are often assigned tasks that are normally meant for full-timers, and if they make mistakes, the management will scold them instead of teaching them

Pros

Working here allows employees to gain strong hands-on experience, build useful skills, and grow in their careers through real project exposure. The workplace culture is friendly, collaborative, and embraces diversity, making it comfortable to work in

Cons

At times, the workload can feel demanding, especially when tight deadlines are involved. Communication from senior management may occasionally be slow, and benefits could be enhanced further to better match expectations.

Pros

- Welcoming office Culture - Amazing office view - Empathic colleagues - Open minded management - Constant growth - Great supportive team & management - Presentation opportunity of the company with mutilational clients. - Transparency of business like no other company where even an intern will know the journey of business revenue. - Monthly team bonding activities - Very close to LRT - Yearly company trips, locally and international - Diversity is the main takeaway, celebrates all the festiivals. One of the best environment to witness opportunity, growth, good challenges to hone your skills. Team members regardless of the department are always willing to help. It has helped me personally to learn a lot about various industries such as FMCG, Beauty, Entertainment, F&B, Retail, Information Technology etc.. There is always something new to learn. Leadership skills, client management, account management, resource management, project planning these are all the skills that I have personally learnt from peers, team mates and top management. Helping employees to train with external training programs to enhance hard & soft skills both. Sponsorship for long term courses based on the achievement of individual employee, rewards are given fairly. There's a lot of opportunity and if you have the right attitude to see through the growth challenges then this is the right place for you.

Cons

Some see only obstacles and problems. Some see see only feedback, learning and growth.

Pros

Good and collaborative culture. Existing employees are very welcoming to newcomers, and there is a strong sense of team spirit where everyone supports each other.

Cons

The food options within a short walking distance of the office are a bit limited. You will likely find your favourite one or two spots and stick to them, or you will have to drive out for more variety.

Pros

- nice office view - some supportive and friendly colleagues - opportunity to work on diverse projects, which helps in learning more about social media.

Cons

- HR often emphasises company policies, but those policies appear to serve only the company’s convenience, not the employees. -All work is done manually. -A biased workplace where only the favourites get privileges. -No extra benefits like OT payment but you will be working extra hours after 8.5 hrs of usual working hours. - You’ll be tied to a bond with a penalty after probation. Most newcomers resign early, fearing the bond, yet management takes no action to improve retention. -Seniors can mia and go for break whenever they want to, but if you take a break once, they question you. -They don't care if you are sick or have something important. You still have to finish the work. -You’re expected to finish tasks the moment you're assigned to, there’s no patience or realistic timelines. - They keep loading with extra work and make the employees work like a robot. -Senior management shows zero empathy, they don’t care about workload. All they ask is, Why is it taking so long? while ignoring the pressure and unrealistic expectations and workloads they create. -You will notice why so many people are leaving this office. -No coordination between managers: one gives one task, another gives a different task, confusing juniors and then scolding them for not informing. -The leader doesn’t recognize the hard work done by juniors and interns; instead, all recognition goes to their favorites. - No proper communication between other departments. All departments are unprofessional.

Pros

The best part of my job is that I am managing the books for a fundamentally healthy company. The project pipeline is consistent, our profit margins are healthy, and cash flow is strong.

Cons

It would be great if the company could offer more work-from-home days.
