What have you done for me lately mindset. Loyal to a point. Short sighted in training the next generation. No cohesion between the EMS and AMS sides of the house. Missing a real opportunity to sell end to end solutions to customers. Not all "officers of the company" are capable.

after the contract they dont allow people for full time

Management turnover, not so much room to grow

low benefits and only one month bonus no work life balance, often time require work more than 8-16 hours in a day. No OT claim.

You need to be self driven and results oriented. If that's the case its not for you.

While working at a very fast environment your family balance could be downwarded Some things happend behind the scenes, things that affects you, and you are the last one to know it

Can be Political, unequal treatment depending on connection to senior leadership.

- tends to be more of an "old boys" club, many of the executives have been with the company for over 15 years - stale thinking, too many executives have the same background - cowboy attitude, not enough analytical thought goes into many business decisions

They do layoffs. You can easily get blamed for actions even if it's not your fault. Escalation is supposed to solve issues regardless who you are. But mine didnt.

Management mindset, blame, management from the office, leadership team not working with each other, no vision, lack of leadership

The environment is stressful and everything is always in a hustle. No attention to developing one's career.

Have seen management promote friends over more qualified employees. Certain managers promoting friends first has caused dependable and very capable and knowledgeable employees to become discouraged to the point where they leave the company or start to become a negative influence due to feeling screwed over or cheated. Can take a while to be placed in a quality, solder, or lean manufacturing certification class.

Dealing with the politics of a dysfunctional culture is a challenge. If your boss isnt one of the chosen few, you may as well be working on Mars for all the notice they take of you. Performance review process is cumbersome tedious and useless. No one looks at them once they're done. Goals on reviews dont matter. What matters is whose but you're able to kiss.

The challenging workload for fresher

Big place, somewhat siloed, lots of paperwork

Third world country atmosphere and slave labor mentality. Very little respect for new ideas other than their own. Promotions based on who you know not what you know. Numerous relations among the higher ups and very little or no merit. Managers fraternizing with employees, those employees get away with murder, the rest get the shaft. Professionalism does not exist here. The Jabil Ethics policy exists for legal purposes, not a practice. Jabil Quality policy applies to those not in the kiss-up ring. Everyone else gets cover-ups! 400 layoffs to be complete by April 19 2013, those unfortunate employees are the solution to a management system that is a total "FAIL"

Depend on job roles, some could be minimum work and some has tone of works to complete.

Jabil is a full manufacturing company which transfers to bottom line profits, hence an extremely cheap company.
