Too much focus on sales figures rather than people

Team is pretty nice people but everyone is overloaded. Management is not transparent and while they don’t micromanage is very controlling and has too many direct reports to be effective at their jod.

Zero Culture, Terribly unorganized, Lack of transparency, motivated by fear, clogged internal system with no simple way to look up products. Unobtainable expectations. There is not a single benefit other than an average to below average paycheck that I can think of for why someone would legitimately WANT to work for Leitz. It is impossible to suggest that this company would be a potential prospects first, second or third choice.

The product range is so vast, it takes time to be proficient in all areas.
