Pros

- Amazing people, very friendly and supportive. - Have a lot of fun and interesting event and activities that also involve interns. - Taught you so many things about a working. - Great HR, great boss and great seniors that always treat you the best even though you're an intern. - Have so many snacks and supplies for you to use. - Very nice place and have airconditioners.

Cons

- Fast-paced workplace, you need to be able to caught-up with everyone. - Need to learn how to balance your life and your work because everyone takes their job seriously and responsibly here

Get to learn a lot if I were given a chance.

- Had to leave the company on my 2nd day due to my poor work performance... beware of this company as they might set unrealistic expectations or demands on you within a short period of time without allowing you to learn and grow especially during your probation period as promised during the interview process. The fact that I was told that I wasn't good enough on my 2nd day and resorted to firing me as the only option is the biggest joke of the century. I feel humiliated and disrespected after going through such a traumatic experience thanks to Light Up 7. Again, I stand by my words that the treatment that I received from LIGHT UP 7 was simply UNFAIR and UNJUST. To be honest, I don't even know how and when can I recover from this event. The HR was also helpless throughout the entire process... she said it herself that 'everything is a learning curve' but I guess that concept does not apply to anyone but the management. - This company would misunderstood you if you set your professional boundaries with them as a sign of disrespect. - This company would make a faulty generalisation and conclusion about you within a short period of time if you fail to perform up to their unrealistic expectations. Please distinguish between having unrealistic and high expectations moving forward.

Pros

The team is full of talented people who can turn any idea into something awesome. It’s fast-paced, there’s always something new, and honestly, the snacks don’t hurt either. If you want a workplace that’s both productive and got foosball and pool table, this is it. ✌

Cons

Plans can change quickly depending on client needs, which can make it feel a bit chaotic if you're not used to it.

They do have seasons when work intensifies, but those are the times you grow and learn the most, so no complaints.

Creative marketing agency, thus its quite exciting to see all the goings on around the office. Doing something special every other day for special occasions such as festive times, birthdays & whatnot. -Company culture is fun and open-minded, will play games -Growing business, thus there are many things to experience and learn -Latest technology to work with -Laidback about work attire -Close to MRT station & food -Areas to chill & beanbags to sleep on

LIGHT UP 7 is a huge ocean, opportunities are potenially endless. However, with the right climate, career growth and gratification can be attained! When I say climate, meaning supportive leadership, self-interest, and compensation are all aligned; LIGHT UP 7 is a pinnacle of oppurunities!

So much room for opportunity to grow only if you are willing to open up yourselves to new things and work hard for it. People there are willing to take out their time to teach and improve you.
