The director of the department feels threatened by anyone that may be more experienced than them. Just do your job. There is no upward mobility in this position.

Too much pressure,wanting you to use your money and work and call it contribution to the establishment.Admin staffs bsc holders are paid 38 -40k.While lectures btw 35k-50k.no staff welfare,no Hmo no salary increase after probation period.Toxic work place.Too much backbiting.
