Great collegues, helpful departments willing to accomodate request.
Salary not commensurate with experience and workload. No additional remuneration for additional tasks.

Too much pressure,wanting you to use your money and work and call it contribution to the establishment.Admin staffs bsc holders are paid 38 -40k.While lectures btw 35k-50k.no staff welfare,no Hmo no salary increase after probation period.Toxic work place.Too much backbiting.
