Promised the world but couldn’t deliver

I was part of a very nice team. Very valuable and competent colleagues.
At that moment the client of the project I was working on was paying below the market hence our salaries were limited. This is why I left.

First and foremost, I would like to point out that the responsibility for picking up the laptop lies with the IT and HR teams. I returned the laptop over a year ago, and now being asked for a tracking ID is both surprising and disappointing. It is clear that the IT assets were not properly tracked, and it is unfair to hold my exit formalities because of these internal oversights. For the past one and a half years, neither the IT nor the HR teams have reached out to discuss this matter with me. It is only now, after two months of my resignation, that this issue has been raised. This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the management of IT assets within Luxoft. If the IT and HR teams had done their job properly and tracked the assets correctly, this situation would not have arisen. It is unreasonable to expect me to provide details from over a year ago when it is clear that the fault lies with the internal processes of the IT, HR, and storekeeping departments. To reiterate: The IT and HR teams were responsible for picking up the laptop, which was returned over a year ago. There was no follow-up or communication from the IT or HR teams for one and a half years regarding this matter. The current situation is a result of improper tracking and management of IT assets by Luxoft. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly. It is unjust to hold my exit formalities and full and final settlement due to failures within the company's processes.
Not recommending due to Poor salary, and work culture
Software engineer
- Relatively higher paid based on client's budget - Good Medical benefit
- Internal Mobility is not supportive after the original client stop renewing contract - No salary review at all - Will be sharply terminated if no on-going client project could be found for you (without bench time)
They still pay salary without delays
Projects are getting worse: much more legacy. Something no vendors want to pick up. Local management is not paying attention to employees needs (you can leave the company, we will hire another guy from another country and will pay him less). No one cares about losing the expertise. No salary increase during the last 3 years. You can't improve anything in your career: managers will tell you how important you are, but they can do nothing to raise your salary or improve your position. No Luxoft branding anymore, only faceless DXC. No benefits for employees who take part in external events and improve Luxoft (DXC) recognition.

Not much, just office space issues
life-work balance is great in here
kind of low salary compared other places
Senior software developer
Most of teams work remotly and have flexible work hours. Some projects are interesting Quite good internal mobility program All people in the company can speak English Company provide help of relocation specialist in case of relocation. Company will compensate some of your relocation expenses, like gasoline, hotel booking (up to 2 weeks) and plane/train tickets.
No salary raises for last few years (even in case of promotion) No annual bonuses, No bonuses for project extraordinary achievements, No aniversary bonuses. Usually projects don't allocate enough time for self-learning. If you have any kind of problem in a project(bad planing, bad requirements, lack of specialists, etc.), in most of the cases - managment will ignore it. Some managers use rough or/and abusive language to employees.
Python developer
They accepted fully remote, and the work-life balance was good.
Sluggish career progress (improved the more time you spent in the team)
