DXC is clearlly killing Luxoft and the lxf leaders just watch like nothing is happening. There are budgets cuts in every area: salary increase, bonuses, TB, sport competitions, christmass parties. For saving money, devs are laied off, the remaining ones are working more but managers are having a safe spot in the company even if they have only 2-3 peope to manage.
