Micromanagement, many high targets and not a nice environment

DXC is clearlly killing Luxoft and the lxf leaders just watch like nothing is happening. There are budgets cuts in every area: salary increase, bonuses, TB, sport competitions, christmass parties. For saving money, devs are laied off, the remaining ones are working more but managers are having a safe spot in the company even if they have only 2-3 peope to manage.

Number of vacation days is quite low

- The organization makes impossible to work in projects for different countries than yours so if you don't have a project or it finishes, you can be in danger. At least this was my experience in my country

Weekend and no work life balance

team building and managers don't interact much as we all involved more on client project

Lot of cons : They hire alot , a ton of people without assured project They dont know how to grab a project may be thats why they have limited project They hire people outside of the country and then after three months terminate the contract They terminate the contract once the baby is born (For pregnant ladies) simply they refuse to give prolongation contract

Nobody cares once you are off the project (due to Client's cost/project downsizing). Talent scouting team is a complete joke (especially the people taking care of Canada region) Zero support from any people HR. Nothing in the name of bonus - Got Bonus once in a span of 3 years (only coz I was an outstanding resource and was recommended by them over emails) I had to personally give the scouting team with roles and follow-up with him (more than 10 times on each role) to get status.

As many other companies, Luxoft is also struggling with global crisis.

Projects can end without any notice and you will have to go through interview again and again to get new project. If you do not find a project in 1-2 months you will be terminated.

The office is far away from the city center.

Ever since the acquisition from DXC Technology, there is a lot of reorganisation happening which leads to an unclear situation and the future of the company, esp from a employee's perspective.
