I had a very positive experience at this company for several reasons. The salary is highly competitive and show a real commitment to employee well-being. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with colleagues and managers always willing to support and share knowledge. Another strong point is the time management, which allows for a great work-life balance, making the job both sustainable and productive. Overall, an excellent company to work for!

Not all projects uses actual tech stack (depends on client). Hard to switch to another project. No unified approach to validate knowledges

Decent IT company with good projects, somewhat fair salary, paid health insurance, access to trainings and other benefits
Due to DXC NYSE stock taking a hard fall over last 5 years, merit increase has been frozen at all locations since 2021. To this day, many empty-worded townhalls happen each quarter, where they tell us we need to wait a little bit more, but these promises aren't getting fulfilled. Only reason for people to stay there is that at least the job itself is stable, while overall IT market is in bad shape and it is a tough chance to find a new job right away if you leave this one.
