Luxoft offers access to large-scale international projects, especially in finance and automotive. The company fosters a strong engineering culture, supports remote work and flexible schedules, and provides good learning and growth opportunities through internal mobility and training programs.
Project experience can vary significantly depending on the client. Each account has its own tools, processes, and expectations, which can lead to inconsistent engineering practices and onboarding complexity. Success and satisfaction often depend on the specific client setup rather than a unified Luxoft standard.

I work in Romania and HR team is disastrous. If you envy other companies doing fun stuff for their employees then Luxoft Romania is not (anymore) for you. Other locations (ex: Poland) are fine. What keeps people employed is the client portfolio Luxoft has, not Luxoft itself.
