Every single aspect from management to job security

1. Salary hikes promised (at least 7% yearly) never materialized — in 3 years not a single increment was given. 2. Job stability was marketed as a strength due to having multiple global clients, but when I was laid off after 3 years, I wasn’t even given a chance to be moved to another client/project. 3. Lack of transparency and support from management when it came to career growth or retention.
