The staff member's food needs to improve

Management could be better and more attentive

everything is done by seniority and those above you can take advantage of that and mess up your scheduling

Under staffed and mismanagement often

To be clear i didn't felt anything bad

Not so much extra money we received

No work life balance, Delegation of authority, Lack of training

Management there was truly terrible.

Hotel was not very organized and people kept quitting so it was hard to work as a team when there was poor employee retention

Limited help when it gets super busy. Very high demand with a little staff.
