As a black child you have to work 10 times harder than the white child just to be promoted to some junior position yet the Whites climb the ladder easily. They have created a group of inexperienced black employees who are earmarked for some senior positions just to cover up their deep rooted racism. It’s sad but hospitality in South Africa and in this organisation belongs to WHITES

Minimal design consideration for employees tasked with providing memorable stay. Not enough parking, lockers, workspace, or training. Pay doesn't match expectations or cost of living.
