Senior elite services
Work life balance. Great people to work with, great benefits,
Can't use your benefits as the majority of the year is blacked out. They are not communicating with each other.we are told one thing by one supervisor and differ by another. They do not care about their employees like they say they do
Room attendant
flexible schedule and employee meal
schedule based on seniority and seasonal
Accounting clerk
The company has many staff benefits and well as events and activities to make sure all staff and cultures are appreciated and celebrated.
None that i came across
Sales administrator
hotel discounts, employee benefits are good
Can be hard to get promoted in certain properties unless willing to relocate
Front desk receptionist
Only free food and good customers
Very toxic and racist management HR and management they just love to crush low level employees and if you are from minority you will be crushed with job that aren’t in your contract
Supervisor
depending on the hotel, it’s not terrible
Most of the time, the job and expectations are draining
Marriott benefits, usually promotes within.
Pay could be higher, management can be too like a clique sometimes.
Front office manager
Excellent place to work with a lot of benefits.
I don't really see any. Busy when it's high season maybe?
Anonymous employee
Career progression and staff discounts
Nothing to make note of
Inbound sales representative
Flexible work schedule, decent pay overall
Constant micromanagement, constant focus on the minor things you're doing wrong rather than celebrating all that you do right and bottom line revenue generation.
