Needs to be better communication between office staff and floor / front desk
Server
Great pay and great company benefits
Hospitality so weekends are always busy
Guest experience agent
It is a good pay compared to other positions in this field You have a good team who helps you succeed
Growth is slow, getting to a new department and new senior roles is not very easy
Director of spa and wellness
Absolute a dump of a place to work.
The senior management make it pathetic to work here. Small gossiping mentality & too much favoritism & little political hub of senior leaders & can be a director even if you don't have any qualifications & no mandatory educational or related work experience in the same background required as long as you know to be a puppet of management and form good connections via boot licking.
Sales associate
Work from home, flexible shifts, opportunities for career growth.
Dealing with insanely rude customers sometimes. Getting verbally abused over the phone (yelled at, sweared at) by customers. It doesn’t happen all the time but it absolutely ruins your day when it does.
Anonymous employee
good benefits good incentives pay is consistent
-management is dependent on property some are great most are not -inconsistent schedule
Hotel operations manager
Great company culture focused on people and service. Amazing opportunities for growth and development across brands and regions. Supportive leadership teams and inspiring colleagues. Access to extensive training resources and global exposure. A sense of pride working for a world-class hospitality leader.
Work-life balance can be challenging during peak seasons. Long hours are common, especially in operations. Compensation could be more competitive for the workload. Advancement can be slow without relocation flexibility. Communication from corporate could sometimes be clearer.
Guest service associate
Great stability, with good benefits like 401k matching, stock discounts, health insurance, etc...
Rare opportunities for growth, can easily get stuck under poor management for long periods of time, although it can depend per department.
Director of catering
Great family environment and career opportunities.
Struggled with work life balance
Loyalty care and services associate
Supportive seniors, employee engagement, good training provisions
