nice working enviromnet, stable hours
lots of bureaucracy, and bad communication between departments
Waiter/waitress
Very unprofessional management. The General Manager often loses his temper in front of staff and is not open to honest feedback about the work environment. The F&B Manager carries an inflated sense of importance, doesn’t greet staff, and lacks the competence to organize daily operations effectively. There is a serious shortage of staff — one person is frequently expected to handle the workload of three. There’s constant cost-cutting; departments are not allocated adequate budgets, which affects service quality and staff efficiency. The service charge is very low, and the base salary is below average compared to similar central London hotels. Overall, a demotivating and exhausting work environment despite the prestigious brand name. Even food for staff is not always fresh.

Pretty nice work environment! I love the people! Most people are very nice! Tips as a server are most times worth it!
Sometimes at the beginning of the year, they have this thing called the Audit, which changes things in the restaurant and hotel, making rules a lot stricter.
