Benefits are nice when you can use them. Union negotiated are pay and benefits.
Union properties suck because of the veteran employees with more than 10 years service get the best and most shifts, they are typically rude and it can take forever for equipment issues to be resolved
Nght auditor
Strong support from the general manager
None at this time. Thank you
Spa specialist
Great benefits: travel discounts, insurance, espp, etc.
Unsupportive managers Weak work-life balance Constant understaffing
Event specialist
Great management that would always have your best interest in mind. Average pay, maybe slightly low for the amount of work but great benefits and co workers.
Low to average pay based on amount of work that you are responsible for. Other locations may be worth it based off commissions but my location didn’t have much event space to upsell.
Marketing manager
Hybrid workplace, flexible schedule, free food for employees at cafeteria
not enough budget to move the needle, very strict brand policies
