Pay, benefits. Schedule, growth, responsibility
Busy, unpredictable, favoritism, need to move around, management
Absolute a dump of a place to work.
The senior management make it pathetic to work here. Small gossiping mentality & too much favoritism & little political hub of senior leaders & can be a director even if you don't have any qualifications & no mandatory educational or related work experience in the same background required as long as you know to be a puppet of management and form good connections via boot licking.
Great travel benefits and I had access to the hotel gym
Low pay for the amount of work.
Good benefits for regular employees
Work hours and changing schedule
Great benefits, reasonable schedule, room to grow.
Low pay, understaffed constantly, confusing direction.
Good culture and genuine interest in caring and developing staff
Process-heavy, but it's necessary. Hospitality offer low pay in Dubai
semi flexible schedule and occasion perks
favoritism from management/ difficult customers
Good place to work at in Nola.
No cons for Marriott International
There are no pros working here
Terribly managed and very disorganized
