If your manager is good, you’ll be busy but it will be fun. If your management is bad, you’ll be busy and miserable. Pay is okay, never very competitive.

Good Employee Meal and Health Benefits
I recently had a disappointing experience at Seattle Airport Marriott [Seatac, WA] that I feel compelled to share. The management is severely lacking in support and communication, which has created a toxic work environment. Employees are consistently undervalued, with little to no recognition for their hard work. It's disheartening to see talent go unappreciated while management fails to provide the guidance and resources necessary for success. Morale is low, and many are looking for opportunities elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive and positive workplace.
