Very slow progression, only one day WFH

Hard to build a career, don't give in seat promotions, must change roles or departments to get promotions (even this is difficult).

Lots of back-stabbing and corruption, accounting error cover ups. meetings just lead to more confusion

Thoroughly enjoy my position, of course just wish it paid a bit more.

Not enough upward mobility depending on area.

The payment was really low as to be a foreigner. The shift was created every 2 weeks, it was difficult to organize your personal agenda due to the waiting of the shift done.

Very remote, difficult to visit my mother frequently due to deteriorating health Fewer career growth opportunities compared to city-based roles Limited social and professional networking Seasonal business, which may affect long-term job stability

Work, days, nights, weekends, doubles, holidays, and everything else in between. Pay is below standard for the experience. Sacred cows are still running departments with little or no expectation of delivery.

Not really any cons besides maybe out of normal work hours.
