Really nice colleagues who support one another. Very productive team who cares about getting the work done right. Decent work/life balance. Direct managers are helpful and want you to succeed. Good bonuses at least in my time here thus far.
Not much opportunity for promotion as people don’t leave and they have to create a role if they are promoting someone. This can be very demotivating. They’ll tell you to go to another department if you want to move up, but that’s easier said than done. Also, the only senior leaders are those who’ve been with the company for decades. Paid time off is below standards and less than other companies in the area. Pay is okay, not great.

Good Kitchen Team teamwork culture. A decent space to sharpen skills and demonstrate ability for kitchen work
Compulsory hours are 45 hours a week with 2 days off, but bad work culture leads to most days going for minimum of 12 hours of work per day with little to no overtime compensation . Lack of manpower means little to no freedom for off day and annual leave allocations. Very bad salary growth and promotions
