bad schedule management. they do not care if you live far from the office and have no transportation to go back home. I informed them with plenty time in advance about a private situation and nobody cared. Nobody! Really bad Management

rude people who think they are entitled to everything

Companies got their own problems so for a company in the hospitality business there should be enough staff especially when it is busy.
