Sales manager
I had terrific bosses, but they never lasted long
You were constantly asked to stay late, come early, do more with no pay increase.
Business analyst
work-life balance and chill manager
mess management and low salary
Front desk agent
You are empowered to do a lot of things when it comes to customer service, service resolution and etc. They will take care of their associates and you have a lot of opportunities to grow within the company.
There are so much tasks that you need to do and pay does not meet with the amount of work you do. Also if it’s slow season they have to cut the hours.
Anonymous employee
Employee discounts, growth opportunities and sense of belonging
Poor benefits, no flexibility for remote work

Great pay Hours that work with my personal needs -11pm-7am
Awfully unprofessional staff, Entirety either too touchy - out of bounds and jokey or completely rude. Just out of touch and out of sound mind persons to work with - concerning for guests frankly. The staff I was working with was unable to communicate in an effective manner to help me deliver what I needed to in terms of proper night auditing procedures. The POS was out of date and sometimes did not allow me to register guests into their rooms. Leading to frequent guest meltdowns where security had to get involved. Previous management was very helpful off the clock-when i began working there they gave me proper instruction and diligently assisted me when I was in a tough spot learning the old disconnected system needs. The security guards at night would find me away from security cameras in secluded areas when I walked away from the desk for a short period of time and flirt with me, this had happened almost every night i was on the clock. The security guards would go out ( i did not care that they smoked a cig or five on the clock) sometimes the security guards would go for a round and come back high. One security guard would not move he would sit on the couch, and I want to be honest with you I would avoid going near him even if something did happen because he was always harassing me in different ways - i do mean harassing i can't see it any other way. There were times where he told me i looked sexy in my work uniform or i looked like i would make a nice sexy snack for him - there were times he would tell me about how in his family there was a shooting because he "lived in the hood" i digress i have a lot more to say but either way someone has to do an inspection on this place. One of the managers of technology was drunk 24/7 see having a drink at the bar. Both security guards where on the same level of utterly rude and disrespectful to both me and guests?! Frequently finding ways to go out of their way to curse and taunt at children in the lobby being unruly- even if they belonged to a large account or a team of soccer players. I brought these things up to my manager who did nothing. HR is entirely unhelpful aswell. Awful company to work for.
