The company is anti-union. A work/life balance can be difficult to maintain. It is a very corporate setting which has its own pros and cons.

Not enough time and short staffed which leads to overflowing of things per manager

The only con would be some issues with management and not really knowing the program.

The hours can be difficult, in terms of very early starts or late finishes.

Mismanaged, corporate showing up on a whim and trying to make unnecessary changes to only meet a quota. Lack of communication and a few bad apples who steal and get away with it.
