Company is going through a massive reorganization to consolidate functions leading to over 800 corporate associates being laid off. This is impacting work-life balance and morale. This is a noticeable change from previous leadership. Like many companies in the Hospitality industry, salaries tend to be on the lower end, benefits are not particularly great.
