The company is committed to maintaining a positive work environment and it shows. It's convinced me to try and stay for at least 25 years (at which point you get Quarter Century Club benefits).
The company can feel stuffy at times, especially when we hold planning meetings to plan out how we will draft the project plan - these feel rather Sisyphean.
