The company provided excellent training, which allowed me to excel in customer service and handle a variety of guest needs. The team was highly supportive, and I felt part of a community.
While Marriott provides great opportunities for growth and a dynamic work environment, I found that maintaining a healthy work-life balance was sometimes challenging, especially during peak seasons or major events.
