Nothing special in my mind
it provides you great opportunity to own end to en d delivery and ownership. very good scope of learning technical and payment domain knowledge.
At times too much work
- Great people, Generous pension,
Forced return to office (2-3 days) with no respect for how teams work or where offices are located. Disguised as collaboration forgetting that we are global company that work with people all over the world. So in essence forced into an office to sit on teams.
Good company in terms of benefits.

Good benefits and pay, generally decent culture. Many people took the "decency" mantra seriously. DEI was also taken quite seriously.
Fast-paced, expectation is to be able to join calls/ virtual meetings at all times.

People are really good here. Work culture is very good - less stress and work is more collaborative, people are always there to help you. Also it's a flexible work culture (you can work in hybrid mode)

I would say that the hierarchy is too big to be able to make an impact at entry level
