somewhat biased but most projects are pretty boring in my opinion, there's also not much learning either at the company, compensation is also below market compared to other firms

Not a great exposure for tech entusiasts

- compensation is not competitive - lack of mentorship - technical debts, politics, incompetent senior managements - ambiguous promotion rubrics. It looks like people get promoted by seniority.

Focused mostly on payments consulting

The company seems too big and moves too slowly, many young people leave for quicker promotions or higher pay elsewhere, or to startups

Bureaucracy, size, inefficiency, complexity, communication

Larger company usual downsides - a lot of continuous restructuring of teams and leadership. While many opportunities exist for growth, you do need to be tenacious in your pursuit of networking opportunities to seize opportunities.

There's no work life balance. Sometimes you have to work on even weekends and you won't be getting any comp off or any allowance.

Work life balance comes at a cost at times due to the high work load and working with employees across different time zones

Roles and responsibilities - not clearly defined. Program Managers are expected to perform Scrum Master responsabilidades ( set up the scrum meetings) not really Program Manager responsibilities. The same applies to Technical Product Manager. They are Business / Systems Analyst. Not sure why the role if the responsibilities are different. Very confusing and frustrating. Lack of trust - Untrained managers creating a gossip environment and not enable team members to trust each other. No support from managers regarding to training for career development. Only allowed to do the training recommended by the manager. Silos and lack of visibility - managers support silos and the Scrum Master/Technical Program Manager don't have the authority to ask team members to update Rally.

Only healthcare option is an HSA, but they are pretty generous with that.

Political; always “do more with less”

some departments are siloed and there can be cross-collaboration and they are actively working on this
