- too much hectic schedule - US driven work culture - arrogant people - no easy promotions

Moral is declining, salary is below market

Nothing as of now its been great experience.

I couldn't find anything wrong.

Doing well by doing good...It is not really the case. They look at people as a number, and every year despite generating profits, they lay off many employees, independently from their performance. It just happened again, 3 of my close coworkers and friends were just let go without reasons.

A bit too political and slow sometimes. Too broad focus…

- Calling back to office, option should be given to employees to do WFH or WFO
