Some manager aren’t good and are toxic

None that I can think of at the moment

Open seating means get there early or find a seat next to someone that has nothing to do with your department.

Almost no work life balance and lacks the human touch

- Less growth both salary and learning wise - mediocre company overall

3 days per week office is mandatory

Minimal promotion opportunities at senior level

- lack of coherence among managers about work-life balance which is a value that is highlighted by the company - performance evaluations depend on ideas/stories a person who didn´t work with you make of yourself - a lot of subjectivity to evaluate employees depending on each manager style - feedback without clear evidence

There is no cons, it is a great place to work

Some progress is slow due the large organization
