There appears to be an imbalance in how opportunities, visibility, and recognition are distributed across the team. Communication and decision-making often happen within smaller informal groups, which can unintentionally favor certain employees. This has led to perceptions of inconsistent evaluation criteria and limited transparency in assignments and career growth.

Mastercard is a good company, but GBSC HR is the worst department inside MA. A one-point Career level change will take several years, and you might be lucky. Salary is not tallying with quantum of work.
