1. The projects that the company works on are pretty good and challenging. Every task is a new way to learn a new skill and excel as a software developer 2. The work life balance is good as well. No calls/meetings/pings from seniors after working hours or on weekend

The only con would be if you work for a part of the business that was an acquisition, then its never the same as being in the corporate

Good Perks and good upper management but middle management are bit cranky
When acquisition is done they should know how the acquired organisation culture is as I personally think the acquired organisation does not get into the policies of MC ASAP and they run with their own policies which impacts employees moral (this is for finicity which is acquired by MA recently)

This is not management consulting. Most of your job is helping client teams use the APT software platform, and ensuring data is loaded into the platform correctly. This can become extremely boring quite quickly, and you develop a skillset that does not necessarily translate to jobs outside APT. Salary growth and job progression are also slow. If you are interested in helping companies use a specific analytics platform, then this could be a good job for you.

The technology organization has good cross-product alignment and generally disciplined operational practices. Leadership typically avoids creating artificial urgency or panic, which is appropriate for service-oriented systems. There is some exposure to industry hype cycles (AI, blockchain), but adoption is usually pragmatic. New technologies are evaluated based on real customer or business value, not because they are trending. Benefits are a clear positive. Vacation policy is very generous by local standards at around 50 days, plus 20 work from elsewhere days, with rollover flexibility. Managers often actively encourage employees to use this time, treating it as part of total compensation. The new Pune TechHub is also on par with it's international counterparts, especially in St. Louis and Dublin.

I joined the Identity department, its the worst ever. No strategy, so called leaders keep changing their own decisions every 6 months to save their jobs. Coworkers were good. There is a Product Marketing team or engagement within Identity, their so called leader and entire seattle team is non-inclusive and racist, very bad experience
