Vice president project management
After 20 years in university administration and teaching, joining Mastercard was the best career move I’ve made! In my 5.6 years here, I’ve experienced a culture of respect, kindness, and growth. The Services team is outstanding, and leadership genuinely supports our development. Work-life balance is a true priority—45 PTO days annually (including vacation, personal, sick, and volunteer time), flexible schedules, and a supportive environment make it easy to thrive both personally and professionally. The compensation package is generous, and the office vibe is professional, comfortable, and fun.
I do not have any cons to report
Consultant
- Benefits - Compensation - WLB
- Crowded office space due to aggressive hiring - Minimal annual increment / promotion
Product manager - director
Love the maternity leave policy. Work life balance.
Getting promoted is nearly impossible.
Principal software engineer
World class work culture, 360-degree feedback mechanism and most of the program follow flat organization structure. Good facilities and work life balance.
Not much , unlike startups you will always get oppertunity to work on mature technology and need to wait for fancy tech. until they get matured.
Senior software engineer
good work life balance good perks and benefits good leave process big organization with structured departments and clear ownership. join this organization only if prefer work life balance over learning & growth opportunities.
not good for learning growth opportunities are very limited manager driven organization, so your growth depends completely on your managers (1-2 levels) things moves at very very slow and slugish pace
Designer
Good salary and benefit package
Harder to strike a proper work-life balance
Good pay for Pune location. Mastercard has a good brand value. It provides good benefits like 3 months paternal leave, health insurance for in-laws and parents and good annual leaves
WLB is very bad in some teams. Senior management is not good
Senior site reliability engineer
Good salary and work-life balance are ok.
It's not easy to improve your knowledge, too much corporate politics.
Associate consultant
