Associate consultant
No crazy deadlines, not a ton of pressure to be a high-performer to get promoted on time, extreme flexibility remote flexibility, and benefits are good
somewhat biased but most projects are pretty boring in my opinion, there's also not much learning either at the company, compensation is also below market compared to other firms
Technical program manager ii
a good work-life balance, strong benefits, and an inclusive company culture that values learning and innovation
no cons yet, it's only been 1 year
Software engineer
Employment friendly, understanding leadership team
Not a great exposure for tech entusiasts
- Good WLB - Latest tech
- compensation is not competitive - lack of mentorship - technical debts, politics, incompetent senior managements - ambiguous promotion rubrics. It looks like people get promoted by seniority.
Associate managing consultant
Work life balance, flexibility and several benefits
Focused mostly on payments consulting
Data engineer
People oriented culture, good WLB
Can seem old and slow sometimes
Consultant
good work life balance and the friday afternoon off policy
overall downturn in the market, not many project opportunities
Manager
Everyone is friendly, the environment is professional and you get good mentorship, employee benefits are great
The company seems too big and moves too slowly, many young people leave for quicker promotions or higher pay elsewhere, or to startups
Director, data strategy
Global reach, strategic vision, decent culture
Bureaucracy, size, inefficiency, complexity, communication
Project manager
Flexible working hours and policies to support work/life balance. Many opportunities for growth as you can move around in the company.
Larger company usual downsides - a lot of continuous restructuring of teams and leadership. While many opportunities exist for growth, you do need to be tenacious in your pursuit of networking opportunities to seize opportunities.
